Raid encounters

I'd like to know if the level 70 raid instances on Smolderforge are working in terms of scripted mechanisms? I understand they can't be 100% but are we talking 50, 75 or 95%? Any particular instance/encounter to avoid completely?

on a serious note, i believe most l70 instances have basic scripts. WOuld go as far to say that all of them are at LEAST 20% working
