Hello, i have done a donation (to have the s4 on my sham [Tronogon]) but i never received the email with the code while the payment was accepted...
What have i to do to receive the mail and my s4 ?...

Check your spam folder, probably there is e-mail with your donor code : )

As they said, if it's not in your spam folder, please send an email to [email protected] and it will be solved ASAP!

Make sure you check the right mailbox because the automatic e-mail will be sent to the e-mail which you registered with at Paypal and not the Smolderforge e-mail.

The email address for smolderforge and paypal is the same

Problem has been resolved. User mistyped their email therefore the email wasn't delivered.
