Re: Disharmonia's random SF clips
What you should do is collect some good footage, and be picky about what you put in the movie. Let it take its time. When you roll bgs/world pvp you'll mostly face random players that are below average, and in a lot of cases undergeared. I personally don't see any problems with this, as long as the fights are interesting. In most cases this takes a 1vX to pull off, and 1v2 usually doesn't cut it. Not saying that you can't have a good 1v2 fight, but usually they're quite bland. The fights that are generally interesting to watch in a non-arena movie are the ones that are close to impossible, but where you still manage to somehow pull it off. It can take quite a while to collect enough footage of this, but when making a movie it's worth it.
As for the duels, random players in durotar is hardly anything worth putting in a movie. You should find players that are on your skill level, and make a nice presentation of it. And I personally frown upon using consumables/engineering in duels. Would be cool to see people that actually play fair, and doesn't use abilities that aren't class based.
Editing is nothing I care much for. It's nice to see some really good editing done, not saying that it's useless in my eyes. But as long as the content is entertaining, it'll carry the movie by itself. Same goes for music. It's refreshing with some originality, but cookie-cutter metal works just fine. As said, if the content is good, the rest isn't all that important.
Loads of bonus points for playing elemental though.
And yes, Deems is my alt.
Edit: Oh, and keep at it, I'm sure you could do way better. And I say that as a compliment.

Wow, thanks alot!, ill take this on board for the next one, i was generally expecting alot of people bashing it, but its turned out ok as far as feedback goes.
i might try some other music, i like the way Nutty used Drum and bass in his movie, even tho i dont really like DnB , it might give a good vibe (link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a-ml99jfufw)

Rather than watching your unitframe, I kept a close look at your debuffs, and the coil did hit. :pDisharmonia wrote:Watch my unitframe when it hits, its the lag that makes it look like it hits before i block ( i think) ive looked at the clip and it looks like the coil is blocked. as for the pyro, maybe i shouldnt of zoomed it in , cos it gets immuned according to my unitframes.
Mitz' editing is fine, and he's a good mage. This is, however, off-topic.Cube wrote:You should ask Mitz to help out with editing.

But yeah, as Cube said, you should spend some more time on collecting footage and editing if you want to do a film as best as you can.
