Against a Tauren warrior with 15% talented stun resistance I tested 65 stuns, alternating between two cheap-shots and a kidney shot.
Out of the 65 stuns, there was only one resist, against the Kidney shot.
Next I tested a Feral druid with 15% stun resist from talents. Out of 38 tests, there was only one stun resist, again to a single kidney shot. This means that out of 103 tests, not a single cheapshot was resisted.
So it appears that Cheapshot is either not counting as a standard stun or it is not effected by stun resistance talents.
It would also seem that the resistance chance produced by these talents is statistically too low. This is running a large number of tests against kidney shot. It would be worthwhile testing to see if these talents are scaling with ranks porperly.
Iron Will isn't working, so you won't ever resist a stun as warr except if you're orc. On the other hand the DPriest talent is working twice as good as it normally should. Also 5 out of 10 Intercepts getting resisted by classes, who don't even have got stun resist talents in their most used specs, regardless if they have a stun resist meta or not, which is rarely used anyway.
Dunno about ferals though, i'm pretty sure that's not a CS/KS problem, but rather a problem with stun/dodge/parry/resist mechanics overall.
Surely it must be working if I got one kidney resist out of 20 or so. Possibly not working as well as it should? Warriors (non-orc) still seem to have a good chance to resist bash or hoj from my experiance, although no-where near as high as the priest talent that feels bugged.
Also cheapshot is 100% bugged and bypasses all stun resistance effects. This broken ability from a broken class needs to be fixed.
If I recall correctly, CS doesn't count as a standard stun. I never remember any of my CS's being resisted back in retail, unless the target was under the effects of some special aura (e.g. free action potion or whatever it is called). I might be wrong, though.

Thats what i've wrote yeah, but even as orc i'm rarely resisting bash/hoj, so there's definitely a problem with iron will. It's pretty much what most warriors are experiencing here so far.

You are wrong, CS counts as usual stun and can be resisted like everything else.
CS is an opening stun, Kidney shot is a controlled stun the database. They therefore have different DRs, but they should be affected by stun resistances in the same way. Currently they are not.
Improved Expose Armor seems to do, absolutely nothing. At least the tooltip doesnt update.
Setup (Sub Talent) doesnt work/add cp.
Master of Subtlety (surprisingly a sub talent too) Lasts only for the first attack and doesnt show buff.
