Haven't played in a year

Gday, I haven't played my account in over a year, I had about 4-5 donor characters, which I can still find on your armory - Tarell. Have these characters been deleted due to inactivity? or am I simply on the wrong realmlist. I cannot remember which server was the instant 70 pvp realmlist on the island with the donor boat, if that makes sense?

Any help you could provide will be appreciated, real keen to start playing again!

I'm afraid they're most likely deleted if you were gone that long. We've begun allowing current donors to opt-in a preservation system (new donors are auto-flagged) to prevent the loss of donor accounts in the future. I am sorry.
