NEUTRAL DUEL ZONE???????

I am ok with the idea as long as the current duelling area's are left alone and separate. But where would best suit a neutral duelling area? Isle of Quel Danas would be good considering it is already a sanctuary zone.

There's TWO problems I see with this idea though. I'll explain both so I'm not just shrugged off as a Negative Nancy.

#1) Sanctuary doesn't support hostile actions, so you might be able to start a duel; but you wouldn't be capable of dealing damage to each other.

#2) In the case Sanctuary is NOT in place, what is going to prevent just HK farming people like what takes place in the crater? Hell, people don't even get honor or HKs there, but they still tunnel vision that shit everyday.

So, while I would love this opportunity, as Alliance in Elwynn is not exactly frequent; There needs to be a system in place that doesn't just degenerate into another World PvP gankfest, like just about everything else seems to be.

well i have seen many servers with both faction duel zones its about the scripting this is the best priv server ive ever played on and the gms and dev and admin actually care about this server and have for a while so its awesome to play here but yes the lack of duel ion action in the ally duel area is abysmal at best and u almost have to have a horde char as well to get alot of duels and i know u can set up a duel at CoT but what stops them from whispering a friend to gank and farm u instead of really dueling???

i just think it would be awesome to duel with everyone and if npcs are added for bgs and arena everyone would either be there or in the Malls so i just think its worth looking into and i think it would add alot of socialism to the server other than just constant flaming over LFG

I had an idea the other day to a neutral dueling area. I am going to try it later tonight when I test stuff out. It would depend on a lot of flags. I'm going to see if I can get anything working because I do think neutral dueling would be good in a certain light, but I do want Orgrimmar and Stormwind to remain open always.
