BG Marks

Hello. I think it will be nice to make BG Marks BoE, some people got tons of marks and they can use it for nothing. So if they will be BoE people can make new chars with S3 faster, they can change it for materials etc. but point of this is imposible to get 90 AV marks at Horde side to get vanilla rank items :D thanks.
