Everything Downloaded, Patch refuses to let me play?

Hello, im a new player and ive finished downloading everything but the Patch Download wont let me log in unless i Patch up? i just finished patching to 2.4.3 . is there a certain way to stop it from patching? thank you very much.

Do not open the launcher. Run Wow.exe only.

That or when you edit your realmlist, also change the 2nd line that says patchlist to our address as well.

is this what my realmlist should look like?

set realmlist connect.smolderforge.com
set patchlist connect.smolderforge.com

and it still makes me try to download 4.0.0 everytime i try to log in :(

Are you sure you didn't save it as realmlist.wtf.txt? It must be .wtf
