i transmogged my s4 set .... (rogue s4) with bonescsythe set but i dont get any of the set effects....
so is that buggy ?.... or is it not implemented ?....
pls fix it...

the original item that you want to transmog works as it should it just doesnt show your setbonus when hovering over the item.
