Server crashing

Today (18.12.12) server has been crashing so many times I didnt even bother to count. Its really annoying, so heres the thing
1. When this'll be fixed?
2. Whats causing it?

I'm having crashesh also as well. Could you restart the server 1 time? I know that there are bugs, but the server dc when is not the right time.
