2,4 Processor
GeForce4 MX 440,32MB

What client are you downloading? The ready to play one or the patches one?

You will be able to play this with medium graphic settings, I had almost the same setup before and was playing with around ~ 40 fps in arena, you will only suffer FPS in raids.

Slowest graphic card I ran wow(tbc 2.4.3) on, was geforce 6600, so you'll probably not be able to run it, maybe (that's just my opinion) you could run it on small monitor on 1024x768 resolution, but dont expect some miracles, you'll lag in tanaris and AV for sure.
