but some points are true and should take care off.
the ingame support should became better.. + more events etc.
(Yes I know they have a Reallife, but if you have a project like this, you have to use your time)
The community should have the feeling that you are caring about them and you don't just look for the money.

for example start fixing some bugs that are known for years...
