BC Pre-Installed / Normal Client
Hey, so I got my new PC and I figured I'd come back :)
I've noticed there's now an extra BC Client, which is pre-installed.
Can someone clarify the differences between the normal one and the pre-installed one, on a tech level?

Freakin Trollik's Cube...
I obviously meant, apart that, Captain Obvious...
If the sole reason why the pre-installed client exists is simply due to morons not knowing how to install and patch something, then we should only keep links to the pre-installed version. Since that hasn't happened, I take it there are deeper tech differences between the two clients.

Re: BC Pre-Installed / Normal Client
To clarify on what I'm asking:
Are there, for example, differences on how the data of each client interact with the CPU? etc etc
Could the normal client be less prone to errors compared to the pre-installed one? etc etc
That is the kind of stuff I'm asking on.

Alright, fair enough, thanks.
Re: BC Pre-Installed / Normal Client
It CAN be prone to more errors believe it or not. However, it's not as common as that sounds. If you ever encounter a lot of problems with the client for some odd reason, at that point I would recommend downloading and installing the client yourself then.
The reason this torrent is provided is because a lot of people are unaware of how to install older versions of the WoW game, how to install multiple WoW clients without overwriting the other, or are new to the private server community altogether and have no idea about doing anything.

Hmmm, I see. Fair enough, Henry. I'll switch to the normal client if any problems show up, in that case.
