Stuck on authenticating

So I tried logging in and it just gets stuck on authenticating and nothing happens. My brother can login and I can login on his computer. But can't on mine, is this because we're on the same IP address, and if not can I get some help?

Being on the same ip-adress is not supposed to stop you from playing together!
Are you sure that you have the right client, realm/patchlist?

Go to your WoW file, open the realmlist and make sure that it says: set realmlist connect.smolderforge.com

And about the client, just make sure that you are on 2.4.3
