Donation help

I've been trying to donate recently and paypal has been giving me issues. Whenever i try to donate it says there is an error and cannot complete the process. Can i get some insight on what could be wrong, if there are any other options, and if i did donate at all? When i look at my bank transactions, it says three have gone through (the times i tried to complete the paypal transaction).

This is odd and you may need to contact Paypal about this. If you want to email us at gm (AT) smolderforge.com we can look up your transactions via email address and see if anything actually ever went through on our end.

I have not donated with paypal before, its complicated for me atm. I'll contact paypal, see if anything wen t through at all at there end and then double check on my bank transactions, get back to you soon

Also, please is there another way to donate? i think it would be more versatile if there were more with a direct pay kinda thing.
