Why would you EVER have your focus macro automatically set focus to the nearest target?

Fairly sure he would like to keep his target in the process. You could do that, but the macro would just be shit.

My original logic was that there would be some way to set focus to the nearest target I am not currently targeting. So for example when a rogue pops out of stealth and I am targeting his healer by spamming the macro it will set the rogue as my focus target.

The reason I would have loved a macro like this is to quickly swap who I am ccing. I like to switch up my targets a lot especially when playing double dps and being able to get that 0.25s faster cc chain would have been lovely.

But as Cube mentioned I am pretty sure the macro does not exist as I have googled it a bit. I am currently using the mouse-over focus macro provided and it does the job nicely, although I might try and bind a set-focus modifier into my cc macros so that this can be done in an all in one.

Might be to your liking. Puts target as focus, and poly's. If you have a focus, it'll always poly the focus instead of the target. On alt modifier it drops the focus for your target, and poly's that instead.

Quite simple to modify. The mod can be switched to either 'shift' or 'ctrl'. Obviously, switch Polymorph for whatever you'll use. And remove crap that you don't need (cancel aura etc.)
