Rarecandy and Applez Exclusive mounts?

Just a question since when do people get exclusive mounts here? I heard that Applez got Raven Lord and now I see Rarecandy with Ahn'qiraj mount in the mall (or are that just aura's??).
Those are not able to obtain the normal way so in what way should it be possible to obtain these?

Applez, idk, but the AQ mount was a spell used by GMs on players. I had it too. If he dismount he simply lose it.

I removed my own Brewfest Kodo long ago since I didn't got it legitimate and you were bitching about it, also it's not fair you get a mount this special over others. You don't deserve one and there is no favouritism here, right?

Also I care because the questline is bugged and I'm stuck on it. So it's unobtainable for the rest of the server tested on my druid.
