I do not think so, i don't believe anyone has actually wasted their time to change every wow texture with a better one (custom or from a newer expansion). There is the bloom effect tho. It makes the game more shiny,a little bit too much. Here it is:

Just extract the 2 files in your wow main folder and start wow again.
If you dont like it,remove (delete) them.
You can configure them by yourself if its too shiny.
