You said you rather use your SWD to break CC instead of doing damage. What my reference with warriors was ment for was that you don't use it for damage at ALL, just saving it for CC?

It depends on the situation I'm not going to Shadow Word: Death if he has way more HP then me then I will get the damage too, that's pointless. I'd rather spam Mind flay with both my DoTs up that works perfectly fine after fake casting the pummel =). Then finish it with Shadow Word: Death and the PvP trinket that gives extra health. I'm usually not even using Mind Blast vs. a warrior since a good warrior will easily interrupt it unless he got his pummel and intercept on CD of course.
