If you were able to keep the track of your DoT ticks, you could line up MB->SWD to hit at the same time as your dots tick to create a massive burst, something pretty much every top shadow priest used to do in TBC. When did I say it had a 50% chance to proc? All I did was confirming that Blackout does proc of dot ticks. I may be going out on a limb here, but that's rather informative, isn't it?

And if I did think something was bugged, let's say the proc chance of the talent, and did inform the community, how would that be flaming? I would say that's informative as well, wouldn't you?

Also I rather save my SW'd for a Blind, Scatter, Fear or Sheep cuz I'm a boss like that.
