DoTs like Vampire Touch and Shadow Word:Pain Tick every 4 or 6 seconds? and they are on the target for like 24 seconds so that means it does like 4 ticks in 1 DoT you have 3 DoTs up most of the time + the initial dmg do the maths that are A LOT of spells and A LOT of chance it will proc Blackout. The chance of this spell is not increased with this new fix it ALSO procs of the DoT Ticks which it should not.

lol that's really a core mechanic dude I usually have a tooltip to read for that I'm not nerd like you that got all the tooltips printed into his head. I only need to refresh my dot if it ends and I can simply see the dots on the target does it matter if I know this or not lol I can just read the spell if I want to it's not even neccessary to know. Also if your so great why you don't dare to duel me?
