For some reason, after the core update the proc chance of blackout increased by 50% it keeps procing till the DR stop it

Sorry but if the proc chance would be 50% instead of 10% then it should proc on every 2 spells I cast. This is NOT the case I tested it several times yesterday and it has definatly not a proc chance of 50%.

You just got bad RNG or you're just trolling cuz I play shadow.

Will add a testing video when I get home.

The proc chance actually feels a lot higher... And the world doesn't circle around you, and not everyone is out to get you.

And it procs from DoTs as well.

It's not higher proc chance, if you say it procs of DoT ticks then it means it procs more often cuz it can also proc of the DoT ticks, doesn't makes the proc chance higher..

It just procs more often IF it can proc on EVERY DoT tick.

But like I said in the other thread I did not see it proc of my DoT ticks yet (did some testing yesterday) but I will test tonight again and make a video and upload it here.

Seems like u want gain the advatange from this bug but afterall i will also by playing shadowplay.

You did not read a word of what I said get some brain or stop replying:

That's the only bug then but the proc chance is not higher lol. It just procs way more often cuz DoTs tick a lot.
