Eviscerate&Energy

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but I've noticed that eviscerate doesnt do the damage it should be doing, heres an example..im in full sunwell pve gear - i had 5 combo point expose armor on a rogue, i then got 5 combo poitns and cold blood eviscerated him, it did 1.8k crit..it should be doing 3k or so with 5 combo point expose armor & 5 cp eviscrate especially in sunwell gear.

Another thing is the energy rate - i dont think its regenning as fast as it should be for some reason, i know in 3.x they made it constantly regen but before that it seemed to regen faster than what it does on SF

anyone noticed these bugs? or is it just me 0o

yea evisc doesn't actually do the the AP+damage it should, probably a mangos bug as well

Evis is not scaling with AP like it should be. I've been trying to say this FOREVER.

Yeah, I notice that too. Like I'm expecting crits and I hit super low with it.
