im not like really in to this stuff anymore but i can tell u that they are just scared to do anything....yes a rpg would prob not destroy the ship but if u aim it right they can sink it...but ur quite right about the cash issue here...they are really cheap it took 3 months for a sailor to get home thx to USA and some other countrys did not want to pay the ransom...the sailor was from me country(wich is estonia if u dont know )

overall...the BIG words as they always use them...We do NOT negotiate with terrorists.....and thats how they see them.
