First of all if you took time to read my posts then you would have seen that I already said my suspention is justified.

Then I asked you a few questions and I still did not get an answer on these:
1. Why was the official Smolderforge website giving me incorrect information? Weren't you the one saying I should read properly on your website? I did that and the website even gave me an confirmation that my e-mail has been changed. While it was not changed, this is UNprofessional and misleading. Fun fact that you removed the feature from the account manager after suspending me.
2. Whats the difference between the website e-mail and serverside e-mail? Are those not linked with each other?
3. What if I do not have access to the e-mail I signed up with lets say it got hacked.. Would that mean it's impossible to retrieve my account if the hacker recovers it with my e-mail?

Would be glad if you could answer my questions!

It would be the same if I donate for reputation and then next day Henhouse removes the possibilty to donate for it. That would be just as annoying as this matter.

Btw i had the same issue as yours few days ago - i emailed Henhouse about ( i DIDNT EVEN have the chance to talk with him on skype ) and i had to wait few hours for a respond and that completly inspired me .. i always thought that he care about forums only . but it seems like he is developing the server and also responding to e-mails / topics

u clearly have no idea how much work henhouse did put on this server

the fact i almost got the same respond as urs i just accepted what he said and he was clear about it and gave me another solution to my problem

Now .. u was able to talk with hehnouse through skype ( that means u was able to clearly explain ur issue and get a fast respond ) while i had to wait to HOURS to get one

u insluted him .

I'm sorry but this comment stuck out to me. FAK how many times in this single thread have you brought forward something irrelevant to argue your case about your suspension? You have BLATANTLY ignored Henry's comment about how he would have the item looked into and removed. He said that TO YOU, and you ignored it completely in order to continue your argument. Do you have this idea that anything that is launched to the public will be perfect? I myself told Henry not to worry about the troubleshooting of the website because if there was a problem the players would find it faster. We counted on people finding issues with the website so that it could be fixed. You found a problem and Henry said he would fix it. That situation was solved, the fact that you keep bringing it up is because you have nothing else to grab a hold of but you don't want to throw in the towel.

At one point or another you have to realize that when there is no one agreeing with you maybe, JUST MAYBE, you could be wrong. You lack the ability to think for one second that you are wrong, otherwise this problem wouldn't be 9 pages long. Look at the people around you. Most of us have lost the ability to reason with you. People are not only disagreeing with you, but are acknowledging that you can't be reasoned with. Hell, look at your signature. It's a picture showing that you won an HK race that NOBODY wanted you to have. How conceded are you? Uhhmm Kremu it's funny how clueless you are on this and why even merge yourself into this if you dont have a clue how things actually go here..

1. I'll go for option 3 waiting out my 48 hour suspention since suspention is only temporarily.
2. I did not insult him apart from the L2webdesign part which is not really an insult imo but more likely critism on his work. He also did not made the website himself but he can manage the content. So if its displaying incorrect information that is not my mistake.
3. Henry developing? Since when o.0? He does not fix the bugs himself he just using commits from Trinity forums that other devs post there.
4. I did read the policy and website and since the launch of the new website there was an feature to change your email it required to type in your password and it even gave me an confirmation box which said that the email has been changed, that is just confusing, userunfriendly and misleading since it did not change my email.

Please re-read your conversation with Henry. No where in it did he say anything close to maybe. He told you that you can't do it anymore, that the last one he did was right before he changed the rule, and that he wasn't going to let you change it. I don't know where you thought he said maybe but he did not. Henry himself and I have given you you're answer on why you were suspended, if you take the time to read our posts you will find them.

Answers to your questions:
1. This has already been addressed, websites aren't perfect and thanks to your confusion we fixed a problem with it.
2. Serverside emails can be used to reclaim accounts, therefore if account info is given to someone other than the owner then the email can be changed and made impossible to retrieve by the original owner. In order to avoid scammers from taking accounts serverside emails were made unchangeable so that the original owners can always get their accounts back.
3. If you used an email you do not have access to yes, you will never be able to recover it. There is a warning on the create account page explaining this.
