Also whats the difference between website e-mail and in-game e-mail aren't they connected with each other since you need to recover with the website.

And if my e-mail gets hacked or I'm unable to access it, I automatically lose my account if someone recovers my Smolderforge account with it?

Also which I like to add to this is that I even got a confirmation box that my e-mail was changed. But that made it even more confusing for me since it did not change my e-mail.

It's been stated multiple times. You didn't get suspended for trying to change your e-mail, you got suspended for being socially retarded and disrespectful towards Henhouse.

BTW doesn't a professional GM needs to have patience with his customers / players? I'm pretty sure he learned me you always need to stay polite no matter what. And he instead blocked me or deleted me of skype and suspend me in-game while I did not anything wrong in there.

I'm pretty sure I have no obligation to sit there listening to someone spam me on Skype, demanding me to violate policy, being extremely disrespectful. Patience is not required.
