I just read his website properly and it said (until he changed it yesterday) that I could change my e-mail (I also have done this in the past) so I was like why I could not change something as simple as an e-mail? And why include this feature into the NEW website if your are not using it anyways. Put that on your local computer or dev server then. You're only misleading and confusing your online customers or players with this.

Also what IF my e-mail got hacked or I'm unable to access it for some weird reason. Does that means I am unable to EVER recover my Smolderforge account? It seems so...

I know why I got suspended I just don't think it's justified since we did not discuss the matter in fact in this case, apart from the frustrated skype conversation I had with him.

I did not insult him apart from saying L2webdesign and I only said that because he replied kinda annoyed to me because he was busy and I was also in a bad mood.

I'm sorry for saying that and for whining for changing my e-mail. I just think you didn't do the right thing to suspend me for that in-game since it was not my mistake that your website displayed the incorrect information.

BTW doesn't a professional GM needs to have patience with his customers / players? I'm pretty sure he learned me you always need to stay polite no matter what. And he instead blocked me or deleted me of skype and suspend me in-game while I did not anything wrong in there.

Last time I checked the website there was an option available to change my e-mailadres on my account (it was also possible in the old account manager on the old Smolderforge website). But unfortunately I did not read it properly and now I got suspended for it. Because the webdesigner of Smolderforge made a mistake to make this option available on the NEWLY launched website: http://www.smolderforge.com/site/account. Why did you include that feature on your NEW website if your not even using it? Like you said yourself here:

I said I KNOW THE REASON WHY I GOT SUSPENDED I JUST WANT TO DISCUSS THIS FURTHERMORE WHY DID THE OFFICAL SMOLDERFORGE WEBSITE GAVE ME INCORRECT INFORMATION? I want an explanation because it's unprofessional and misleading.
