that isn't helping! i mean when i download the torrent i get the TBC and the classic file but when i open the TBC one it says i need to buy world of warcraft but when i open the classic one i end up on the cataclysm launcher and i did change realmlist.wtf

You're supposed to open start the wow.exe after changing realmlist.wtf
If you start the launcher it will reset to retail.
