Dude didn't he put the "Change your e-mail" feature on OUR NEW WEBSITE? Or Adam or whoever. After saying he didn't even support it until 6 months ago. You got development servers for a reason dude. NOT my fault if that shit is live and then he says he don't want to change it. That's TOTALLY USER UNFRIENDLY, I'm a webdesigner myself and I know how to make userfriendly websites. Your website misleaded me and my account e-mail got changed in the past so I expected it not to be this BIG of a problem and it escalated to quickly. I'm sorry for that.

And back when I was a GM I always stay polite with the players that play on this server, I also tell them the reason why I ban / suspend them. I just asked him to change my e-mail (yes, maybe I bitched a lil bit like a 3 year old but I have seen lots of other tickets that were way more immature and unfriendly then mine) and he banned me on my main account while I wanted to change it on some other account. Totally unfair in my eyes and totally unprofessional service this action also made me quit your server. After all the tickets I have done all the money I have donated I just get shit and unprofessional service back. Also funny how Henry tries to treat / censor me on forums with making my ban permant if I continue this. Seriously? I just asked if I wanted to change my e-mail on some alt account and he could not give me a valid reason for it why not to. The feature was even live on the website while it did not work so I just asked him to fix it. This server is such a democracy you're changing the rules everyday for your own benefits. Such a true story.

You asked him to do something for you and he said no and gave you a reason why. That should have been the end of it. The moment you decided to continue the conversation by continuing to ask him to change your e-mail and then complaining about his webdesign is the moment you made this unprofessional. This goes back to that respect thing. You found something misleading on the website, Henry said it wasn't intended to be that way and would fix it. ANYONE with respect for how much and how hard Henry works for this server would have decided that that was enough. The fact that you believe that your confusion earns you the right to what you want is ridiculous.
