account closure because of inactivity?

That would be unbelievably long and painful to do. No, we wipe accounts that have not been used in 10+ months. We do this bi, or tri annually.

I take it you don't closse forum accounts then, since this one is still open?

Correct, forum accounts aren't wiped because they're separate and don't cause and problems really.
