Shroud of Forgiveness

Could you add "Shroud of Forgiveness" ( BT, Gurtogg Bloodboil) to the cloak vendor pls? The cloak has an itemlv of 141.

The vendor for enchanting supplies miss also the 12 resil enchant for shield and the 15 agility enchant for gloves. Some ppl have these enchants cuz they farmed the recipes but its still unfair for the other.

There is no other way to get the enchants. I remember asking same question like year ago :D
Besides, unfair ? The difference is like 0.5% compared to stock enchant.

Shroud of Forgiveness would be nice, though for BoJs
