Raid instances bugs

1. ICC 10
Basically you can't enter this raid, when trying to, you get a message "This instance is unavailable".

2. Malygos 25
There isn't an orb to summon Malygos in 25 man version, surprisingly in 10 man there is.

I will list more bugs when I find them.

Onyxia 10 m: Pathing needs to be fixed. Onyxia goes out of los and becomes untargettable after going to phase 3. It was really annoying yesterday. When tank went really really far, onyxia finally decided to join the fight again. But it took about 2 mins and he kept using flame breath towards raid etc...

Not a major thing but wanted to mention :)


p.s: Please fix ICC 10 thing asap, so we can test it.

ICC 10 man is opened. My mistake, it was right next to closing Vault of Archivon and I closed the wrong one.
