What PC configuration do you need to play Wotlk ?
I have 512 ram , AMD Athlon(tm) 64 processor 3000+, NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LV ... I know , old a shit , but can I play wotlk if I add 512 more ram ?
Re: What PC configuration do you need to play Wotlk ?
Yeah, possibly need more RAM. Else you get like 20 fps. Ram these days aren't too expensive anymore, but be carefull on the ammount u get. Not sure if your motherboard can handle it.banzai wrote:I have 512 ram , AMD Athlon(tm) 64 processor 3000+, NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LV ... The ram is low....but I played WoTLK retail with 512 rams aswell...make sure you have everything at low.In 10 mans and bgs you won't really get under 30 fps...only Strand of the ancients and isle of conquest will probably be unplayable (or with a large fps discomfort). Also the mall(if ur referring to the future wotlk smolderforge) is situated in Dalaran.Get ready for 5 min loading screens and having to move meter by meter around there.

so i have AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1055T Processor 2809 MHz, 4GB ram and ASUS EAH5770 Series graphic card but only 30 fps in dalaran mall (beta SF wotlk)... seems legit

On lowest ? I dont think so.Mayore wrote:so i have AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1055T Processor 2809 MHz, 4GB ram and ASUS EAH5770 Series graphic card but only 30 fps in dalaran mall (beta SF wotlk)... seems legit
and OP, ddr ram is pretty expensive this days, so if you cant get it free from a friend or something, better dont bother updating and get a new desktop. If you buy parts ya could get a much better pc for like 300 euros and options to upgrade later if you want to play more demanding games.

Re: What PC configuration do you need to play Wotlk ?
You think I wouldn't buy a new PC if I had the money ? Life is expensive , and I'm not rich . I only wanted to see if I can play Wotlk with this configuration and some more ram . As for buying the ram , that is not the problem ...Amgseret wrote:On lowest ? omg omg omg omg omg MY PC IS BETTTER THAN SOME ONES!!!!!!....
anyway you only need 1.5 gigs more ram and you should run wow perfectly, although your Core is a lil bit lack luster your gfx card will be able to handle it, i mean i rock : 2 gigs of Ramm DD2, 3ghz P4, and a nvid 6200, And yes my gfx card sucks but i rock 30-60 FPS and i rock the same in wrath, so yeah...lil bit more ram n you will run perfectly.

Essentially we accidentally made it so BGs/Instances forgot how to count. That's why the buffs never went away and you could never do anything timed, or calculated.
So basically you set there nationality to Iran?
