New vote banner

I'm wanting to hear some feedback on this. Deems made the original image, but I did all the animating and such. Then I used the Smolderforge flame logo at the end which turned out really bad quality because of GIFs quality limitations.

Let me know what you all think, I'll edit as needed if we need to.

Isn't it better to make the banner in the same style as the new website since it's also linking to our website? Just a suggestion..
