My Friend Banned ¬¬

yo, My frien Raiku had banned on all of his accounts, and he dont know why.
At this momments he cannot connect into the forums, so He told me in Skype.
Can i know why Raiku had banned? D:

Not sure if you're friend is unable to speak English or something, but in the future any persons can email GM at Smolderforge.com to inquire regarding suspensions/bans.

A ban has been placed on his IP address and some account I didn't look up (but not the account Raiku is on) for win-trading in arena. And yes, before your friend denies it, we have proof. We do not randomly ban arena teams out of suspicion.

If he was the one I discussed about today, him and his teammate faced themselves (same IP addresses) multiple times and did 0 damage, 0 healing, etc. (means you just join->left.)

Do people not read the server messages? I guess if they don't speak English it's lost on them but I think to even register you have to have a basic concept of English.

I feel bad anytime some1 who has invested time on this server gets permanently banned for wintrading... really such a waste
