Warrior Rage Generation

Seems a bit low on rage gen. Not sure if the formula for warriors is similar or identical to that of a feral in bear form, but I do know if you're taking any damage in bear you have to actually try to run out of rage. This is definitely not the case when discussing warriors.

Just my observations.
