yeah, like I said I haven't seen the bug yet.

in the case of wanding/attack while dead, that has to do with latency on the player and server's part.

This bug occurs if you drink Free Action Potion at the moment of death (very hard to reproduce). After respawn, the effect of the potion last untill you drink the potion again. Not sure if dying again fixes it.
There are many bugs of simmilar nature, probably can be done with many things for example I saw a guy with pernament Blessing of Protection effect. I bet same can be done with for example Blessing of Fredom(I'm not entirely sure if I saw it). On the other hand, I'm pretty sure that Divine Shield isn't bugged this way.
I think that It's rather bug of some universal mechanic rather than spells themselves.
Also using vanish at the moment of death makes you unable to use stealth after respawn.
I'm also not sure if these bugs still exist, I saw them ever a period of many months.
