I've taken the liberty of asking retailers what they think about gy farming.Here are their thoughts(Its 1:00 AM so not so many responses)

No no no dear friend.....it's easy.Let's say you have a goal, right?You think that outside the apocalypse is happening so you think to yourself...hmm lets reach 1000k just for the lols.You then take a bunch of brutals to help you achieve this,make a guild,make a party and using complicated math sequences position yourself around the enemy's graveyard in such a way that they cannot escape,also making sure to keep a"scout"in the enemy's base to announce and gank the newcommers that join after the original players leave.
This is the Smolderforge Premade.

PS:Might fail if WSG is not the bg at hand.
