Apparently some macros have broken since the latest fix.

Yea , but I thought there might maybe be a way to get it like this : C=Spellsteal , shift+C Blizzard rank 1 and ctrl+c full rank Blizzard.Well , its not that important . Just wanted to save some space . Ty again for quick response^.^

You can't do that. If you have a modifier macro, you can't bind it on another modifier. So if you want it on C, you'll have to bind the macro there, and rebind spellsteal on shift-C.

/cast [nomodifier] Spellsteal
/cast [modifier:shift] Blizzard rank 1
/cast [modifier:ctrl] Blizzard rank 7
