My suggestion on BiS pvp gear for rogues.

Lets do simple math, a warr with 10k armor (~49% reduction), loses almost 1k due exe (and because of talents ya got like 1k armpen too) so got only 8k armor. (~43% reduction)

5% more dmg and almost 2.5% cuz of exe, but thats close to worst case scenario, most classes got much lower armor and the dmg will be even higher and totally worth it even if they die fast anyway. Besides who dies that fast ? SlSl locks ? Disc priests ? Resto druids ? Dealing more dmg on them is pretty fucking nice, specially compared to 20 agi.

If you dont like the proc rate, there is still dual mongo option (yes it stacks)

Meh, rolled a lot time with engi googles and then switched to Sargeras and realized how much time I wasted. More crit is totally worth it. Even without trying ya can easy have 38%+ crit as sub rog and that just rapes compared to 20 ap more. Think the r1 dual rogue team, both guys with a loooot crit and confirms my idea :D

Yea, Id change shoulders n bracers too and enchant resil on chest too. Cheath death profits too much from it, to ignore resil.

I am not saying that having +840 armor pen is not totally sweet. It is for sure. I gave it a 3th try and it feels like a waste. Maybe it's just me idk. Sometimes with SD and haste potion up I don't get it on. However +20 gives you a bit of ap and crit 24/7. I just don't see how exe can be by far better than +20agi. Maybe a little bit better if you are lucky with the procs, but from my experience soo far it seems bad to me. Also, you don't really know when it is going to proc. It is totally random. When for example Mongoose and the effect of Band of eternal champion usually proc as soon as you open on the enemy.
Will try double mongoose and see how it goes.
Try out this set up and you'll see that locks, DSpriest and resto druids die with the speed of light :D Tell me what you think. Soo far i get a positive feedback from other rogues in game.
And yeah, Cursed vision is probably better if you are stacking agi.

I tryed similar set already, but with JC neck and ZA ring instead of s4. (+ 1-2 gems and enchants different)
mostly in bgs. Sure does nice dmg and kills everything fast but because rogs are just that op with high end gear. Going for more agi/crit had even better effects. Specially funny with extreme crit luck, 2k hemo followed by 2k hemo and by an other 2k hemo just makes me a happy panda and increasing the chance for it, sounds only logical.

As you can see in my post above, I've made some points where i state why i think exe sucks, while you are saying "no you are wrong exe is better" without any backup to your statement. As i said, I am open to other opinions. Convince me with some more info and why you think I am wrong and I'll believe you. Just roll one BG with exe and pay attention how often it procs, and you'll see how bad it is. I am not bezt rogue eu to tell you whats good and bad, that is just my point of view.

Normal exe proc rate is 1,5 per min I think, so same as mongo...

option 1: its much lower on SF
option 2: you do something wrong
