No, simply rename your previous WoW installation folder so you can install multiple clients.

All the files you need are in the torrent you can download here: http://download.smolderforge.com

How do I add the patches in that download with the 3 files and add them to my World of Warcraft folder? I got the Classic and Burning Crusade installed and I am at patch 2.0.0

The torrent contained all the patches you needed in a 3rd folder called "Patches". If you don't have it, you've done something wrong when downloading the torrent data.

There's three folders:

- Classic WoW
- Burning Crusade
- Patches

I do have it, so what do I do now type in Realmlist and good to go? I just don't understand do I put that patch folder in the WoW folder or? It's telling me my patch is 2.0.0 on WoW. How do I update those patches to WoW?

Cut and paste all the patches to the folder your TBC client installed to (where the WoW.exe and WoWLauncher.exe, etc. are located). Run the patches in numerical order until you reach 2.4.3. Many times the Launcher will attempt to auto update after each patch -- CLOSE IT immediately.

Once you reach 2.4.3 you can edit your realmlist.wtf and set it to:
set realmlist connect.smolderforge.com
set patchlist connect.smolderforge.com
Editing your realmlist prior to patching will result in it simply being overwritten every patch.
