If you added the vendors and local crafting requiring items (mana loom, alchemy table, bank, Mail box, t6/pvp gear vendors etc to main cities I'm pretty sure people would adjust. The problem is, you made it too convenient. There's no reason to go anywhere else, besides the opposite isle for the Battlemaster/Hyjal gate or test dummies.
there's also alot of work to be done on wrath.
but also on bug fixes.
simply said you cant split a person in two.
things have to be prioritized and i personally think that Wrath > mall .
