Certain items saying they're on CD after the first use
So I have some flasks that can be used multiple times without a CD but once I use one or if I use them too quickly it'll say they're on CD even though there is no CD. This only started happening on the most recent patches. Wondering if you're aware of this and if you can fix it? Sometimes resetting CDs fixes it or waiting about 2 minutes.
