The bug is about the quest: "Raene's Cleansing"
It's a chain quest, so the final item you get is Furbolg Transformer

Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
Allright like this when you go north you have to kill one of the trees there are many of them then loot the "Wooden Key" & Open the chest. I Tooked the "Wooden Key" when i try to open it it's casting the opening when it's finishes nothing opens the thing i have to get from that chest is "Iron Shaft".
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
So please fix this quest or give me the "Iron Shaft" Item. Or my idea is to put the Furbolg Transformer Item at donor mall. Thanks in advance. Here is a picture of it's bug:
