Flame Cap

Would it be possible to add the item "Flame Cap" (http://www.wowhead.com/item=22788) to the Alchemist supply vendor on the Isle?

I know they may not be used often, however I enjoy the DPS boost. Great for Melee/Ranged/Fire Mages/Fire Locks.
