5-10k ms problems?

Since the restart of the server i've had from my normal ms 66-100, up to about 10k. I'm no retard so i've tried everything, reboot of wow, comp, modem, new cable, new ip. Don't know why I did all this tho cause overall my internet is working fine.

I can download, surf and all the other stuff at normal speed without any problems. Can't move ingame tho.

Have you checked to see if your computer was "ON" ?
