i believe i already stated this earlier. there use to be a vendor that sold magic dust and we had guild banks full of it
i read only first post. if now vendor unavailible then all who use it - unskilled. ppls who use all bugs, exploits, not available items now just cause contempt.
Item was probably added to that vendor from the long-gone GM Avronax who was responsible for much vendor tapering including the Badge of Justice being added to a vendor in Desolace once which resulted in many account closures. Ever since the database move, a lot of these changes have been reverted and removed so this item is no longer available so I don't see the problem.
Those who still have it, whatever it's not that big of a deal. Especially with Free Action Potion still being openly allowed and such.
