That trinket it's not optainable anymore bec emperor isn't spawned,but i dont think it's worth using also:2% chance for an extra hit isn't that of a spectacular proc for a lvl 70.

If it was 1.3% here, I must be the luckiest person in the Universe, as I had it proccing constantly over and over and over again when I had it. Sometimes it procced 2-3 times per 1 fight.
