Cant loggin banned ip

i have no knollage of even logging into smolderforge servers,my ip has been banned i believe.
any way to resolve this issue

This IP address was banned since it was related to the IP of someone who came onto the server spamming advertisements, which is against the rules for several reasons.

I will lift the ban on the IP but not the ban on the account the ban was placed on.
