had a blackout proc at a holy spell, made me lul but the guy on the other side must´ve been a sad panda after that. Fix pl0z.

But it did. From what I remember it was some dude who was ganked by melee and my disc with blackout specced, smited him too, didnt put dot on him, and he didnt have any/no other priests.
Prolly needs some deeper testing with dummy to be 100% sure thou ._.
(possible scenario could be mindblast from before but lag, made it look like blackout procced after smite)

As far as I know blackout should only proc at shadow stuff and manaburn, not ?

Buddy of mine told me that he got a Blackout proc from a Smite today. So there may be something to it.
